Nestled in the heart of Pennsylvania, there exists a captivating marvel – a 150,000-gallon pond that stands as a testament to nature’s grandeur and human craftsmanship. Built on a picturesque hillside, this aquatic masterpiece is the pride and joy of one fortunate homeowner with a passion for Japanese koi and a vision for a tranquil retreat. Fitz’s Fish Ponds transformed this blank mountainside in Pennsylvania and replicated nature’s beauty by designing and constructing a 250ft long stream with 6 pools, spills and waterfalls, all culminating into a stunning 25ft deep 150,000 gallon pond that houses some amazing Japanese Koi. All of the landscaping was done by our FFP Landscapes Team and brought all the elements of nature that surround the waterfall and pond to life. With over 1,000 plantings, this project has filled in beautifully offering these customers an incredible backyard.
