Jessica joined Fitz’s in 2021, and as the Customer Experience and Service Manager, she is now the Director of Service, Programs & Initiatives. Jessica’s priority is to make sure that every customer feels heard and receives the best service possible. She has a background in Operations and Customer Service Management, and over 20 years of professional experience.

When she’s not working, you can find Jessica knitting, running, listening to audiobooks and hanging with her cat, Charlie.
